At Jewels by MYA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your personalised purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.

Eligibility for Returns:

• Personalised items: Due to the unique nature of personalised jewellery, we can only accept returns if there is a defect in the item or an error on our part. We are unable to accept returns for personalised items if you change your mind or if the personalisation was entered incorrectly during the ordering process.
• For defective personalised items, a photograph is required, clearly displaying the issue with the item.
• Non-personalised items: if you are unhappy with any non-personalised jewellery, we are happy to refund or exchange any items for you if it is returned to us within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and accompanied by the original packaging.
• For all returns, including defective personalised items and non-personalised items, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• We do not accept returns on earrings due to hygiene factors.
• We do not accept returns on sale items.
• Any free items received with the order must also be returned with the order, if not returned, the price of the free item will be deducted from the refund amount.
• If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund
• We recommend using a tracked shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to confirm the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 working days.
• If we receive the items and there are signs of wear and the item is not suitable for resale, we will not be able to refund you.
• Please be sure to add your full name and order number with your returns so we can process it quickly and efficiently.
• For International Returns: On the labels form, Please label the package as “RETURNED GOODS- ZERO CUSTOM VALUE.” Any custom duties charged to Jewels by MYA will be deducted from your refund amount.
